It is quite new host just added in the directory of the free webhosts in the july 16,08.
we can rate it on the basis of features involved as Grade B due to the non availability of the proper users reactions about this host we are not able to find out misfits and the positives yet we can figure out some of them.

Positives first

1)Fast servers : they are using really fast servers, they are using latest server technology and really websites are opening faster.
2)You can choose out of three plans according to your needs.Their are databases mysql and all that which you might need to make a fine cms websites or blogs, fantastico makes it all simple.

3)You can host big websites which require more space as they are ready for it but not use this for just storing the stuff.
4)Backup is easily and one can backup from their own cpanel.

Some misfits:

1)A banner on top makes feel some what unusual to many webhosts.
2)Non placement of ads makes your account suspended.
3)Quite new to free web hosting which makes a person think before making a website as we have seen many hosts which ran away after one year or so.Or they are not able to tolerate and face the attack of spammers, and other attacks which are not new to the older ones.
